Alicante–Elche (Miguel Hernández) is the main gateway to the Costa Blanca and the airport most guests use. Operated by Aena, it handled 18.4 million passengers in 2024, and Ryanair, easyJet, Jet2, TUI and British Airways all fly here, with Manchester its single busiest route.
It lies north of the resort on the coast road toward Alicante, and the drive down is straightforward.
