Pick the stay you like, choose your dates, and send your booking request from that stay's booking section. We confirm availability and the final details with you before anything is finalised.

Minimum stay can vary by property and season. The minimum for your dates is shown when you check availability for a specific stay.

You can reach us any time at hello@vmistays.com. The same small team handles the booking and your stay, so you are not passed between call centres.

No platform booking fees. Booking direct means you skip the mark-up that listing sites add on top, so the price you agree is for the stay itself.

Payment and any deposit are arranged directly as part of confirming your booking. We set out exactly what is due and when before you commit.

Any applicable taxes or local charges are set out clearly with your booking total. There are no surprise fees added at the end.

Arrival is in person wherever possible. You are met at the property and shown around rather than hunting for a key box. Exact check-in and check-out times are confirmed with your booking.

You are met locally at the property for a handover, and someone is reachable locally throughout your stay if anything comes up.

We will do our best around the cleaning schedule and other guests. Just ask when you book or in the days before you arrive.

VMI Stays is a small, hand-picked collection on the Orihuela Costa. We would rather look after a few places well than list dozens we do not know.
